This 8'x5' master bathroom was completely updated but the vanity and shower insert were kept and updated which helped keep the project cost down.

To update the shower insert we removed the old gold shower door (the 90's were great weren't they) and installed a new oil rubbed bronze door and updated the faucet trim to match. We also added a 4" tile trim along the insert edge to bring the shower up to date.

The flooring was an old sheet vinyl and the base trim around it was a rubber vinyl that the client "hated". So we updated that to a 12x12 beige tile with an oyster grey grout and painted and installed new 5" base trim in a deep green color.

The vanity top and sink was in good shape and matched the new style so it stayed and a new oil rubbed bronze faucet was added. The vanity cabinet was made locally and was still functionally in good shape but there was some light water damage to the wood. We sanded it down and repaired the water damaged areas. Then put a new coat of the same deep green that was used on the trim.

Project was completed with a new coat of white on the walls and a new light and mirror along with some towel bars and shelving. Full project cost was around $3000 and we came in under our estimate and were able to pass that savings back to the customer. Our work is backed with our "Workmanship Guarantee" so they can rest easy knowing if any issues arise we'll make it right.
